WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We kindly request that reservations be cancelled 24 hours before arrival time, otherwise a late-cancellation fee of one night will be charged on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card and a pre-authorization will be required upon arrival to cover room charges, taxes and incidentals. Reservations of 10 rooms or more are subject to group cancellation policies at the hotel’s discretion.

WHAT IS YOUR CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT TIME?

Guaranteed check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11.00 a.m.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL SPA?

Le Spa is opened every day. Access to the hammam is 30$ per day and per person. Please, contact our Concierge team at [email protected] to schedule spa treatments.

DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT?

We have one of the nicest restaurants in the city. Henri Brasserie Française serves traditional and contemporary French comfort cuisine, featuring outstanding Canadian products from coast to coast with an emphasis on the local. Please, visit RestaurantHenri.com.

DO YOU OFFER ROOM SERVICE?

Yes, we do. 24/7.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER?

Yes. Our fitness center is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

DRY CLEANING / LAUNDRY

Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available. Same Day Service is available Monday through Saturday, and all items received by 8:30 a.m. will be returned no later than 6 p.m. Overnight Service is available from Monday to Friday and all items received by 6 a.m. will be returned no later than 10 a.m. Express Service is available Monday through Friday, and all items received between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. will be returned no later than 6 p.m. A 50% surcharge (minimum order $20) will be added to both the Overnight Service and Express Service.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Hotel Birks Montreal is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any of our public areas, restaurant, spa, guest rooms and terrace. A $500 (+taxes) cleaning fee will be charged in the event smoking does occur in a guest room.

TRANSPORTATION

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

Yes, we have valet parking available at the hotel entrance, which is located at 1240 Square Phillips. The service includes in and out privileges at a daily fee of $40. Please, note that due to height restrictions ‘pick-up’ trucks are not accepted. Our valets will direct you to the closest parking available.
